Outstanding! Had emergency service during holiday with a dozen people visiting. Came out within four hours of phone call ( on an hour and a half one-way service call to get here) and removed and replaced pump with no drama. Extremely reasonable bill, and further, 10 months later had alarm go off on sewer pump with the same response time and repaired perfectly under warranty. I live in the Mary Lane Area Sanitary District which covers the Village of Lac LaBelle and a portion of the Town of Oconomowoc. Area Septic Installation was called to repair (on behalf of MLASD) our grinder pump which failed for the first time in 30 or so years. We placed a call to the district at 8pm on a Sunday night. By noon the next day we were back up and running. The scheduling of running a new electrical conduit underground was coordinated with us. Had our Grinder pump fail over the weekend. Austin Plumbing wanted 5K to replace it. Andy came out and replaced it for 2K with a rebuilt pump with a 1 year warranty. Even if I had bought a new pump it still would have been only $3400. and the cost included time and half for weekend work. Andy did a great job and was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him if your grinder or lift pump needs replacing.

I contacted ASI on 2/24/16 because of a grinder pump issue. I was met by Joe an employee the next day at our boat landing to walk across the ice to assess the grinder pump problem. Joe brought all the necessary tools and parts along with him to the lake home which saved time and money! As we walked to the lake home Joe asked what the motor/pump sounded like.After describing the sound to him he went back to service truck and brought another part with him.
